Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite/VP roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI convergence (2000+ citations)
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $500M+ valuations
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Haskell)
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain
