- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Executive presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO Academy preferred)
