Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics)
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate strategic tech initiatives into corporate vision
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data-driven frameworks
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation task forces
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech strategy implementations
