Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with Fortune 500 or scaling tech companies
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets and measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in AI/ML implementation, quantum computing applications, and decentralized systems architecture
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business narratives
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (IEEE, Nature Technology Reviews) or equivalent industry recognition
