Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) and their market implications for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes affecting innovation strategies
- Manage technology incubation initiatives and pilot programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, PMP) preferred
