Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Partner with policy advisors to shape regulatory frameworks for future tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio focused on 2026 technology milestones
- Drive ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment in critical infrastructure
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology transformation
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA
