Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ innovations
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech into commercial offerings
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence in emerging domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an external network of technology futurists and researchers
- Drive innovation workshops to ideate next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (e.g., published reports)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech to ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
