- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026-2030 technological horizons
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends and shaping future roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
