Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype and validate future technology use cases
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech leaders
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D resource allocation to prioritize high-impact future technology initiatives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and adoption readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies and technology forecasting models
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology MBA
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of disruptive technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
