- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
- Secure $2M+ in innovation grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics research
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, IEEE 7000)
- Experience securing federal grants (NSF/DARPA) for tech innovation
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive audiences
