Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities and disruption vectors
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and incubate early-stage deep tech startups
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech innovation programs with measurable ROI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent peer-reviewed platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
