Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future technology solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop next-gen solutions
- Develop and manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
- Champion a culture of technological foresight across all organizational levels
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology deployment strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends (portfolio of published research preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI bio, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from implemented future-tech strategies
