Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
