- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and spatial computing
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging tech into core business strategy
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track technology adoption metrics
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across 15+ pilot projects
- Present strategic insights to investors and industry thought leaders
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team of 12 specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-defining tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing implementation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Singularity University)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Security clearance for federal technology partnerships
