Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, Web4.0) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Mentor next-gen technologists through internal innovation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
- Prior experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
