Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum, biotech, and spatial computing
- Partner with product teams to align R&D priorities with market opportunities for 2026 product launches
- Lead scenario planning workshops to assess technological disruption risks across verticals
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investor committees
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technology patents and academic research
- Drive adoption of responsible innovation frameworks including AI governance protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies like Delphi analysis or horizon scanning
- Proven track record in quantum computing, generative AI, or AR/VR ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation policies
