Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) to inform 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive advantage frameworks for next-generation market disruption
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging tech adoption
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certifications in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy (e.g., CFTE, CTS) a plus
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
