Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate breakthrough product concepts and service offerings
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs to accelerate innovation
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing architectures and sustainable development practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight preferred
