Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, Web4.0)
- Develop AI governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for autonomous systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology ecosystem mapping
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline with P&L responsibility for R&D initiatives
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strategic consulting background (McKinsey, BCG, or similar)
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience building technology ethics review boards
