Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging technologies and their potential impact on the industry and society by 2026.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's vision for the future.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor global technology trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead the creation of scenarios and strategic plans for technological disruption.
- Build and maintain relationships with key innovators, researchers, and thought leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps for future-oriented initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, etc.) and their implications.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing ambiguity.
