Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data-driven insights
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across 15+ experimental projects
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
