Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into scalable solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline with 3-5 year horizon planning
- Represent company at global tech conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite/board level
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
