Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Design and implement strategic initiatives for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align organizational vision with emerging opportunities
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Manage R&D budgets and evaluate venture capital partnerships in frontier technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
