- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of futuristic projects
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products/services
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Tech, IEEE)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese preferred for APAC market expansion
