- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolios with $10M+ annual budgets
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track implementation progress
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives to $50M+ impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data-driven decision frameworks
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and enterprise architecture
