Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030 with measurable KPIs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Create strategic frameworks for technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership content and industry whitepapers
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven decision making
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-departmental innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech platforms
- PMP or similar certification preferred
