Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives

- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley innovators and research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and prototype development
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policies and ethical implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Scrum certification or equivalent agile methodology expertise
