Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (2026+ horizon) for strategic integration
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovation strategies
- Drive pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and investors
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
