As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives. You'll lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven systems, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech solutions while ensuring ethical implementation and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business growth targets
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen digital infrastructure including decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology foresight insights to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Manage innovation lab budget and resource allocation for pilot programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Experience developing long-term digital transformation roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
- Track record of launching successful tech ventures or major innovation initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
