Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI ethics frameworks, biotech integrations)
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions for 2026 tech adoption
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Champion sustainable and inclusive technology design principles across all initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year market impact (quantum/AI/biotech focus)
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI Ethics) preferred
