Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technology horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities through 2030
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI agents, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning studies for next-gen technology ecosystems
- Partner with product teams to incubate experimental technologies with commercial potential
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead an innovation incubator focused on 2026 technology disruptors
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology strategy ROI and adoption velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or venture capital with focus on emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Certification in technology foresight or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
