Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year innovation frameworks aligning with market disruption and sustainability goals
- Partner with C-suite executives to prioritize R&D investments and technology adoption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes for IP strategy development
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior strategists in future-gazing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, IoT
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
