- Author annual 'State of Future Tech' whitepapers influencing industry policy
- Mentor emerging talent through InnovateCorp's Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 12+ years in tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI governance or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Security clearance for national innovation projects preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
