Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT into core product ecosystems
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging tech evaluations (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Manage innovation lab partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure and product lifecycle design
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof architecture and ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML systems, quantum computing, or decentralized tech
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on complex technological shifts
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Prior work in sustainability-focused technology development
