Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-5 year technology innovation roadmap focused on 2026+ market opportunities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech infrastructure
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Forecast emerging technology disruptions and recommend proactive mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Manage technology innovation portfolio allocation across emerging domains
- Present strategic visions and roadmaps to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience presenting complex strategies to executive leadership and boards
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
