- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author white papers on technology's role in solving 21st-century challenges
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI frameworks and sustainability metrics
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling technology impact narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2020s tech adoption track record
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, or climate tech
- Executive experience scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies commercialized within 5-year cycles
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
