Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product plans
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members quarterly
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Manage technology forecasting budgets and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record implementing future-focused tech roadmaps (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum computing, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (blogs, white papers, patents)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals in matrix organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, SFI) or equivalent training
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
