You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives and market disruption opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ market readiness
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement across innovation portfolios
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Identify and mitigate ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology roadmaps to market leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology architecture or innovation management preferred
