Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
