Responsibilities
- Architect and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovation initiatives
- Lead R&D projects in quantum computing, AI neural networks, and biometric interfaces
- Collaborate with academic institutions on patentable breakthrough technologies
- Design scalable solutions for autonomous systems and human-machine integration
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology best practices
- Conduct market analysis for emerging tech adoption patterns
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Robotics, or Quantum Physics
- Proven track record of launching at least two patented innovations
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of blockchain, AR/VR ecosystems, and neuro-interfaces
- Certification in AWS/Azure quantum services and ethical AI governance
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
