Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive AR/VR
- Collaborate with academic institutions on emerging tech adoption strategies
- Design scalable prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite on future technology implications
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic technology planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products to market
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal grants and private innovation funding
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy and ethical frameworks
