Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record leading $10M+ R&D initiatives in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in deploying quantum-resistant algorithms and federated learning architectures
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on scalable AI/ML systems
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Strategic partnerships with DARPA, IEEE, or World Economic Technology Councils
- Certification in Futurist Methodology (WFS) and AI Ethics (IEEE)
