Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in technology R&D with proven breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Track record of securing government grants and private investment
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
