Responsibilities
- Design and prototype quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for 2026 digital infrastructure
- Lead development of ethical AI frameworks ensuring alignment with human values
- Architect sustainable tech ecosystems with zero-carbon computing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop human-computer interfaces for next-generation immersive environments
- Coordinate international research partnerships for collaborative innovation
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing advanced AI/ML systems in production environments
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and post-quantum cryptography standards
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier tech journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and emerging quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams with distributed workflows
