Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning and emerging technology research across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Design strategic scenarios and risk assessments for disruptive technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on technology futures and digital transformation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurism research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and innovation methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published work in technology foresight or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
