Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Build and mentor an elite innovation team of futurists and technical architects
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on multi-year roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Experience leading global innovation teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Security clearance eligibility (if applicable to project requirements)
