Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects
- Expertise in emerging tech standards (IEEE 2026, ISO 25010)
- Published author in technology futurism (IEEE Spectrum, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Solidity)
