Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration across healthcare and logistics sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven autonomous systems with 99.99% reliability thresholds
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 100 companies for 2026 technology adoption
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-positive technology implementations with ROI modeling
- Drive innovation sprints focused on ethical AI frameworks and human-centric design principles
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on emerging tech disruption vectors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits or IPOs)
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or bio-digital interfaces
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on scalable quantum algorithms or AI ethics
- Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical technology development
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
