Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, sentient AI, nanotech) for competitive advantage
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
- Publish thought leadership on technological singularity implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2018-2024)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Published research in Nature/AI journals or equivalent industry impact
- Experience with ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for tech innovation
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Security clearance for federal research partnerships
