Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale next-generation solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
